Welcome to LeJaAu Studio! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

LeJaAu Studio provides tattoo design, consultation, and related services. All services are subject to artist availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate or offensive content requests.

• All appointments must be booked through our website, email, or phone.
• A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
• Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• A no-call, no-show will result in forfeiture of your deposit as well as a 50% charge of the cost of your services for that appointment. 

• Pricing for tattoos and services will be discussed during consultations.
• Payment is due in full upon completion of the tattoo session. Accepted payment methods are cash, cash app, PayPal, and Applepay.
• All transactions are final. Refunds are not provided for completed tattoos.
• Any changes or touch-ups will be discussed and any charges will be arranged before services are rendered.

• Custom designs remain the intellectual property of LeJaAu Studio until the tattoo is completed. Unauthorized use of designs is prohibited.
• Modifications to designs must be communicated prior to the tattoo session.

• We adhere to strict hygiene and sterilization protocols to ensure your safety.
• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before their session.
• LeJaAu Studio reserves the right to refuse service if health risks are identified (including but not limited to, skin wounds, unhealed tattoos from previous artist and/or appointments).

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. A valid government-issued ID is required.
• Minors are not permitted in the studio without prior approval.

• Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff and other customers.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services and a forfeiture of your deposit and any monies paid. 

• LeJaAu Studio is not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
• Tattoos are a permanent alteration to your body, and results may vary based on individual factors such as skin type and lifestyle.

• Content on our website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of LeJaAu Studio and may not be reproduced without permission.
• Unauthorized use of the website for malicious purposes is prohibited.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
